what we do

Ingredients

We source the majority of our ingredients from local and regional farmers, because we take to an ecological and holistic approach to our natural resources.

That means using renewable, recyclable raw materials that come from environmentally friendly and non-invasive methods of cultivation and production.

Seasonal & regional

Whenever possible we use products that are in-season, because everyone knows that's when they taste best! Our cheesecake compositions are made from a careful selection of only the finest ingredients: natural, organic products, regional and seasonal fruits, and exquisite aromas, all perfectly harmonized to bring about maximum culinary delight.

Organic certified

As an organically certified company, we support the Slow Food movement.

We are also a member of the Bundesverband Nachhaltige Wirtschaft (Federal Association for Sustainable Economy) and have been awarded the seal for “Frauen stärken das Handwerk” ("Women Strengthening the Crafts").

Sugar

We love it sweet, but we use 100% brown sugar – and sparingly.

We only use gelatine if absolutely necessary, choosing alternatives whenever possible.

BIO Zertifikat

Bei Princess Cheesecake backen wir nicht nur mit Liebe, sondern auch mit Verantwortung.

Wir freuen uns, dass unsere Produktion und Außer-Haus-Verpflegung nun offiziell Bio-zertifiziert sind – gemäß Artikel 35 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2018/848 über die ökologische/biologische Produktion und Kennzeichnung.

Das bedeutet: Von der Auswahl unserer Zutaten bis zum fertigen Kuchen legen wir größten Wert auf ökologische Qualität, Transparenz und Nachhaltigkeit. So kannst du dir sicher sein – bei uns steckt echtes Bio drin.
